Retrieve Schedule
The SilverBack Workflow Engine periodically requests the current patient schedule from the facility's worklist server.
Update Schedule
Periodic discoveries of the Modality Worklist, ensure any new patients are updated to the Pre-Fetch schedule.
Unlimited filters can be applied to focus on specific patient procedures or studies. For example, a department may only want to review one modality, such as ultrasound, or some physicians may only want to retrieve images from a custom time frame.
Query the Source PACS
As the SilverBack Workflow Engine detects new studies, it automatically queries the pre-defined Source system for a list of all previous studies.
Retrieve Studies
Each defined prior study is retrieved from the Source PAC(s) and stored locally on the SilverBack Workflow Engine cache. Optionally, the size of the cache is determined by customer - defined workflow requirements.
