Pre-Fetch is one of the most unique and useful features of the SilverBack Workflow Engine. This function reads from the hospital DICOM worklist server to identify patients who are scheduled for a new image study. The Workflow Engine then locates, retrieves and prepares all older patient studies, so when clinicians request patient data, the images and information are immediately accessible.
